By opening the websites accessible at www.molgroup.info, freshhh.net or any of its pages you accept the conditions listed herein. In case you do not agree to those set forth below, please do not open our websites.
MOL Plc. and each member of MOL Group (hereinafter jointly referred to as 'MOL Group') do their utmost to ensure the accuracy of information transferred at the internet websites of MOL Group upon the date of uploading. Notwithstanding the above, MOL Group shall not undertake warranty, either express or implied, for information provided at this website, and reserves the right to make any change or correction of, or delete, the website or the information thereon in whole or in part, without giving notice thereof. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FRESHHH PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
Freshhh is MOL Group’s international talent acquisition program.
During an online student competition, students in teams of 3 members have to solve oil & gas industry related tasks.
The TOP 6 teams based on results of the online competition get the opportunity to take part in the live final, if they fulfil all the application requirements set forth below.
The TOP 3 teams (selected out of the TOP 6 teams based on) in the live final receive a money prize, defined yearly on the Freshhh.net website.
Beside the award, the best students of Freshhh competition might receive job offer from MOL Group, if they are selected by MOL Group management based on their professional background, experiences and demonstrated capability, and the organization has vacant position in line with the candidate’s professional background, experiences and demonstrated capability. Freshhh competition participation does not mean automatic employment at MOL Group, some further selection steps, e.g. interviews might be conducted with the candidates.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF FRESHHH COMPETITION:
Only those can apply to Freshhh competition, who meet the requirements set below. If these requirements are not met, applicant can be disqualified from Freshhh competition at any of its stages.
FRESHHH APPLICANT SHOULD BE:
A Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD student currently enrolled at a college/university as a full time student. The student status should be valid during the Freshhh competition of the relevant year, and should be proved to MOL Group when it is requested from the applicant.
Structure of the FRESHHH programme
Registration (applying to the programme)
To participate in the Freshhh programme, first you have to register yourself on the official website. A team must have 3 members, that’s the only way to get to the qualification phase.
The registration campaign period begins on October 2th 2018 and ends on October 31th, at the start of the next round, the online qualification.

Online qualification round (business simulation)
The online qualification round starts at the 6th of November (GMT 12:00), and ends on November 22th (GMT 12:00).
In this round, the teams will operate an entirely integrated oil and gas major.
The participants are going to perform business decisions in 3 modules: (1) Upstream, (2) Downstream (including Petchem), (3) Retail.
The results of this round, will be rated separately in each section, and we’ll also give the teams an overall rating. Based on these ratings, we’re going to create three Top 20 lists: one in each category. The best 60 teams, present on these lists, will get into the semifinal.

Semifinal (case studies and professional quizzes)
Only 60 teams will reach the semifinal, the best 20 from each professional area (Upstream, Downstream, Retail).
The semifinal consists of 2 sections, these are: professional quizzes and case studies.
Professional quizzes part
In the professional quiz part, the questions will relate to all 3 business areas (Upstream,Downstream, Retail).
20-20 questions will be provided in each area. From 1 to 20, the difficulty of the questions is going to increase heavily, but the harder the question is, the more points you’ll get.
All teams have to solve the quiz on their respective area (this is the area they were qualified in – Upstream, Downstream, Retail)
The team has 30 minutes to answer all questions, counting from the click on the START QUIZ button. The quiz can be started any time, during the Semifinal.
There’s no need for all 3 members to solve the quiz, one person is just enough. If you would like to, then all 3 of you can login and answer, but in this case, be wary: your first answer will be evaluated.
After the team has answered all of their questions, they get to move to another area.
The teams listed on the Overall toplist have to answer a quiz, set on the area in which they performed the best – higher rank, higher profit.
Case studies part
The Case studies relate to the 3 business areas (Upstream, Downstream, Retail), one study in each area.
Teams have to solve one case study on their respective area (this is the area they were qualified in – Upstream, Downstream, Retail)
The teams listed on the Overall toplist have to solve a case study, set on the area in which they performed the best – higher rank, higher profit.
The case study can be done any time during the Semifinal.
Scoring system in the semifinal part
At the end of the semifinal, points are given for both the professional quiz and the case study – these points sum up the final result.
Only the best 6 teams will get into the Live Final, from the semifinal (based on their collected points at semifinal only). Their task will be published after the semifinal.
NEW FEATURES IN THE ONLINE QUALIFICATION ROUND
The main purpose of Trading, is that participants can offer their surplus for sale, to other teams. Certain elements like transportation-, storage capacity, specified for Retail and Downstream simulation modules are also available for trading.
HALL OF FAME
Hall of Fame is where the best team results are published.

With this function, the participants are able to follow other teams, and get market research information from them.
